Position if for a 6 out of 6 weekend, 7p-7a surgical technician position in the Operating Room at Pheonixville Hospital.

To scrub for all c-sections that occur on this shift, in the delivery room. To set up and assist with all emergent cases on the shift, along with the on-call team.Other duties include stocking of OR's, setting up OR's for next days cases, putting supplies away, and various other miscellaneous tasks that are assigned by charge nurse. Candidate must be self-motivated and have excellent time utilization skills.
Maintains standards of nursing care, while a member of the surgical team, under the supervision and direction of professional nurses and in accordance with approved policies, procedures and schedules.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Graduate of an approved school of surgical technology.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the operating room, in multiple specialties.
