SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Draw blood for tests, transfusions, donations, or research. May explain the procedure to patients and assist in the recovery of patients with adverse reactions.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six (6) months phlebotomy experience required or completion of an internship through a certified training program required
Phlebotomy Certification, general computer skills, CPR and additional language skills (i.e. Spanish)
